WP5 - Mapping Indian Environmental Research
Objectives:
The main objectives of this WP are to map the Indian research organizations acting in environment (universities, companies, research units, etc.) able to participate successfully to FP 7 and to strengthen EU-Indian cooperation on FP 7 projects. The main result will be a data base that will e publicly available for any potential participant to FP 7

The Mapping Exercise will be conducted at 5 levels as follows:
- Task 1: Step 1 of Mapping
- Level 1.1: Basic research and short report on environment sector in India
- Level 1.2: Identification and collation of organization contact information
- Task 2: Step 2 of Mapping
- Level 2: Questionnaire Development & designing database structure
- Level 3: Data Collection
- Level 4: Data Analysis and report generation
- Task 3: Continuous update and maintenance
- Level 5: Database maintenance and updating
- Task 4: Awareness raising and dissemination
