WP6 - Dissemination and communication

Objectives:

This WP focuses on the dissemination and communication activities of the project, to potential FP7 participants and Contact Points (NCP of Environment and Appointed Contact Points in 3rd countries). The main objectives are:

  1. Making the Environment NCP project visible to researchers (academia and industry). This will be achieved by the gathering and dissemination of success stories, profiles and PR material, such as: Brochures, Posters, Leaflets.

  2. Making researchers needs visible to the Environment NCPs. This objective will be achieved by collecting feed-back and impact assessment from partners and coordinators (industry and academia) after their involvement in Environment projects

In order to achieve successful dissemination, a spectrum of different tools will be applied (Profile Forms, Success Stories Form and Feedback Form). Activities in this WP are in direct cooperation and related to other activities in other WP’s.

Deliverables: (brief description and month of delivery)


  • D 6.1: Catalogue of researchers (industry and academia) profiles and partner searchers, to be presented at relevant conferences and events. (related to Tasks 6.1 and 6.2)

  • D 6.2: Interim reports on feed-back and impact assessment of coordinators and SMEs/ICPC successfully involved in Environment projects, including consideration of gender distribution. (related to Task 6.3)

  • D 6.3: Selection and preparation of the 10 most relevant success and experience stories of researchers (industry and academia) participating in Environment projects, including consideration of gender distribution. (related to Task 6.4)


  • D 6.4: PR materials: Brochures, Posters, Leaflets. (related to Task 6.5)
